Ingredients For chicken salad wrap

    10-inch, low carb multi-grain tortillas
  • 1 lb
    chicken breast - boneless, skinless, poached
  • 1 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3
    whole lettuce leaves

How To Make chicken salad wrap

  • 1
    Cut chicken into small cubes. Mix celery, mayonnaise, mustard and parsley in a bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Place tortillas on a flat surface, lay one whole lettuce leaf on each wrap with 1/3 salad mix on each. Roll and serve.
