10-inch, low carb multi-grain tortillas
1 lb
chicken breast - boneless, skinless, poached
1 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
3 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 tsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped

whole lettuce leaves

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chicken into small cubes. Mix celery, mayonnaise, mustard and parsley in a bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Place tortillas on a flat surface, lay one whole lettuce leaf on each wrap with 1/3 salad mix on each.

Roll and serve.
