These have an amazing Asian flare.
If you don’t have or can’t find the Veri Teriyaki sauce simply use 1 cup soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

Ingredients

2 very thick bone in pork chops
1 can { 12 ounce } frozen orange juice { no pulp }
1 cup veri veri teriyaki sauce
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons russian style mustard { or any bold type }
1/8 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
1 cup finley chopped green onions { white and green parts }

TO MAKE THE MARINADE:

put all of the ingredients {except the chops} in a medium sauce pot.
cook for 30 minutes on low.
let this cool completely and then add the scallions then put everything in a large zip lock baggie add the chops and the marinade.
refrigerate overnight.

Step-By-Step

1When you are ready to grille the chops, remove them from the baggie and drain off some of the marinade.
2Grille the chops till they are beautifully browned.
