Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
pork tenderloin
1
diced sweet white onion
2
diced red sweet bell pepper
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
! Tbsp
montreal seasoning
2 can(s)
budweiser beer
1 bottle
16 oz salsa verde

Directions Step-By-Step

Place onions & peppers in bottom of crock pot. Place pork tenderloin on top. Cover with soy sauce & montreal seasoning. Top with salsa verde. Pour beer around tenderloin. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.

I cooked pork tenderloin from frozen state. Very tender when done.
