Ingredients

center cut pork chops
2
carrots, slivered
1
green bell pepper, diced
1 medium
yellow squash, sliced
1 medium
zucchini. sliced
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
savory
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
turmeric
1 c
vegetable broth
1 tea tsp
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
sesame oil

Step-By-Step

1In wok or skillet, cook pork until done. Add oil and heat.
2Add vegetables and cook until they are tender-crisp.
3Set aside 1 Tbsp broth. Add remaining broth to wok. Add all seasonings. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in set aside broth. Add to wok. Cook stirring frequently until thickened.
