This is so good! It has become a family favorite that we have often. It's quick and quite easy to make too, and it's very good. I like to serve the pork chops over cooked white rice, because the peachy sauce is perfect for flavoring the plain rice with a wonderfully spicy, sweet touch.

Ingredients

4
pork loin chops, each about 1-inch thick
1/2 tsp

1 tsp
ground ginger
cooked rice (for 4)

Directions Step-By-Step

Reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
3
Served over hot rice or noodles, along with warm dinner rolls to dunk in the rich sauce.
