honey barbeque sauce (my fav. is sweet bay rays)
1Place ribs in a dutch oven or a covered casserole pan. (It's good to have a great deal of head space with the casserole pan because it will spatter during cooking)
2Cover with entire bottle of sauce. Then rinse the bottle with water and empty into pan. Make sure you have enough liquid to just cover the ribs
3Cook 3 ribs for 3 hours at 275 F. Add an additional 30 minutes for each additional rib.
4Serve with buttered egg noodles.
5You can easily make this in a crockpot. My suggestion is to use the low setting for the entire day (approx 7 hrs).
