I love sliders, they are quick, easy and little hands can hold them. These sliders would be a great addition to your tailgating, game day or super bowl table. The slaw is creamy with a hint of blue cheese, to add extra flavor. The tenderloin cooks up in minutes on the grill! Ingredients

  • SLAW
  • 32 ounces packaged coleslaw mix (about 4 cups)
  • 2 cups hellmanns real mayonnaise
  • 8 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups crumbled treasure cave® blue cheese
  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • PORK
  • 4 pounds pork tenderloin
  • - salt
  • - black pepper
  • - garlic powder
  • 2 - slider buns or dinner rolls sliced in half

How To Make grilled pork tenderloin sliders & blue cheese slaw

  • Step 1
    Make the slaw: Combine all slaw ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Step 2
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Step 4
    Make the pork: Sprinkle the pork tenderloin liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Step 5
    Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • Step 6
    Grill the tenderloin covered until cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes or until the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees.

    Allow the pork to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Transfer to a cutting board and slice thinly.
  • Step 9
    Assemble the sliders: Place the pork slices onto the buns.
  • Step 10
    Top with the coleslaw and serve immediately.
