Ingredients

2 lb
bonelss pork loin, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 c
flour
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 c
milk
2
eggs
oil for frying

Step-By-Step

1Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2Mix together flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. In a second bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
3Dredge pork in flour then dip in egg and dredge again in flour.
4Pan fry about 7 minutes on each side until done. Drain on paper towels.
