Easy Sausage and Peppers

When you bake the sausage it is not as greasy as frying it. After I bake it then I pan fry it to incorporate the flavors of the peppers and onions.

Ingredients

1 pkg
sweet sausage
1 pkg
mild sausage
1 pkg
hot italian sausage
18 oz
chopped onions and peppers (red and green) or whatever color you choose

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Place sausage links on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes
2Chop up the peppers and onions
3When the sausage is done cut it up
4In a large frying pan mix up all of the ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until peppers and onions are cooked. Presto!
