This hearty meal uses less than 10 ingredients and has all the flavors and spices of Cuban cuisine, yet made with pantry-friendly ingredients, found in any grocery store and probably already in your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloins (1 pound each)
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1-(15oz) can black bean soup
  • 1-(15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1-(10oz) can fire roasted can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • - garlic powder

How To Make cuban pork and black beans

  • Step 1
    Season tenderloins heavily with garlic powder.
  • Step 2
    In 3 1/2-6-quart slow cooker, insert plastic liner if desired, and mix together remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Add tenderloins and turn to coat with sauce.
  • Step 4
    Cook on low 6-8 hours or until tender.
