Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 lb
pork tenderloin
1 c
orange juice
1/4 c
lemon juice
1 medium
onion sliced
5 clove
garlic minced
1/2 c
chicken broth
1/4 c
white wine

GRAVY

2 c
broth from crockpot
2 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
flour
1/4 c
chopped cilantro

Step-By-Step

1Place first 7 ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 6 hours.

2Remove pork to cutting board.

3Melt the butter in pan and add the flour. Whisk in 2 cups of broth from crockpot. Cook until thickened. Stir in cilantro. Serve over pork.
