Creamy Ham N Swiss Noodle Bake
- 8 oz
- egg noodles, prepare according to package - drain and rinse
- 2 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped
- onion, chopped
- 2 c
- cooked ham, cubed
- 8 oz
- sour cream
- 2 - 10 oz
- cream of mushroom soup
- 8 - 10 oz
- shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp
Grease a 3 quart casserole dish.
In a medium skillet brown onions and pepper in butter until soft.
In a bowl, mix soups with sour cream, stir in pepper, onion mixture and ham.
Layer half of noodles, cheese, and soup mixture. Repeat again, ending with cheese. I sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
Bake uncovered for 45 - 50 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Serve with your favorite vegetable...
