BBQ Pulled Pork

- (4-5 lb) boston butt pork roast (with or without bone)
- 1 pkg
- (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
- 8 to 10 c
- brewed black coffee
- 1 bottle
- barbecue sauce
- hamburger or kaiser buns
1Pour coffee and onion soup packet into the crock pot. Add the roast and cook on low for 8 hours.
2Remove the roast and place in large bowl. Pull with 2 forks to shred and separate the meat. Stir 1 cup barbecue sauce into pulled pork. Pile on buns and serve with additional barbecue sauce.
