Aunt Jo's Pork Chops and Stuffing

- stove top stuffing
- 2 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup (smaller ones not family size)
- 2 c
- sour cream
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Place pork chops in a 13 x 17 cake pan.
3Mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
4Pour over pork chops and bottom of cake pan that is still exposed.
5Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
6Spread evenly over the sour cream mixture and pork chops.
7Cover with aluminium foil.
8Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the middle.
