Aunt Jo's Pork Chops and Stuffing

cream of mushroom soup (smaller ones not family size)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pork chops in a 13 x 17 cake pan.
Mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
Pour over pork chops and bottom of cake pan that is still exposed.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Spread evenly over the sour cream mixture and pork chops.
Cover with aluminium foil.
Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the middle.
