Shrimp Fettuccine

This super easy and fast dish is great for those busy weeknights. If you don't want to microwave the fettuccine, you can simple heat it in a pan on the stove over med low heat. Stir frequently to keep from scorching. about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

1/4 lb
shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
8 oz
fettuccine, cooked and drained
2 c
cooked peas
1 1/2 c
ranch dressing
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can(s)
sliced mushrooms, drained

Step-By-Step

1In a large microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients.
2Microwave on hi for 2 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
3You can use either canned (drained) or frozen (thawed) peas.
