The lemon juice give this a great fresh taste. Nice side dish

Ingredients

1 bunch
asparagus sliced into 1 inch pieces
2
tomatoes diced
8 oz
linguine, cooked and drained
2 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/4 c
olive oil
1/2 c
parmesan romano cheese grated
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c
french fried onions

Step-By-Step

1Cook asparagus in salted water until desired tenderness. Toss remaining ingredients together except french fried onions. Heat through. Top with fried onions.
