Mother made these for every Easter dinner. Delicious with a wonderful brown sugar glaze.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
1 lb
ground veal
2 large
eggs
1 c
milk
bread crumbs - as needed for firmness
3/4 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar
3/4 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat 2 eggs. Add to meat mixture. Add milk. Add bread crumbs to meat. Mix well. Add enough bread crumbs so the meat is not too sticky.

Spray dish or pan before adding meat. Shape meat into loaves. Put into dish.

Heat the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar & water. Pour over loaves.

Bake at 350 degrees.
