Mother made these for every Easter dinner. Delicious with a wonderful brown sugar glaze.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
1 lb
ground veal
2 large
eggs
1 c
milk
bread crumbs - as needed for firmness
3/4 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar
3/4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Beat 2 eggs. Add to meat mixture. Add milk. Add bread crumbs to meat. Mix well. Add enough bread crumbs so the meat is not too sticky.
2Spray dish or pan before adding meat. Shape meat into loaves. Put into dish.
3Heat the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar & water. Pour over loaves.
4Bake at 350 degrees.
