Didn't care for the basic dry meatloaf. Noone I new had ever heard of adding Ranch dressing to a meatloaf. My family loves this.

Ingredients For moist meatloaf

2 1/4 lblean ground beef
-
1 1/2 citalian seasoned bread crumbs

1/2 cparmesan cheese
-
1/4 cranch dressing
-
2 sliceamerican or any preferred cheese
-
1 cancanned or fresh mushrooms
-
2 pinchgarlic powder
-
2 pinchsalt
-
2 pinchblack pepper
-
1/2onion ,if preferred
-
2 to 3 Tbspbarbecue sauce
-
1egg to mix within the beef mixture
How To Make moist meatloaf

1Add all the ingrediants to the ground beef. Save BB sauce for the topping. I layer the meatloaf like a lasagna. Put half the beef mixture into a loaf pan. Cut up slices of the cheese. Put the cheese on top of the first layer, then cover that with the remaining beef. Top with barbecue sauce.

2The oven should be on 375.

3Cook for about 45 minutes
