Ingredients

2 pkg
frozen spinach
2 Tbsp
minced onion
2 can(s)
tuna
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 c
bread crumbs
1/4 c
melted butter
1/4 c
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Thaw and drain spinach squeezing out excess water. Spread spinach evenly in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle onions and tuna over spinach.
3Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over ingredients in casserole.
4Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole along with parmesan cheese.
5Bake at 350 degrees or until golden and bubbly.
