Salmon Steaks With Lemon Dijon & Dill Glaze

- medium salmon, steaks
- 2 Tbsp
- olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 c
- dijon mustard
- lemon dill seasoning
- 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice, fresh or bottled
1On medium heat place your olive oil in a large skillet. Brush Dijon on both sides of salmon and sprinkle the lemon dill seasoning on both sides as well. place in skillet pan.
2Cook about 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Then spoon lemon juice over each steak, I cover the pan with a lid and let sit 1 or 2 minutes then turn them in their glaze then serve.
