Ingredients

4
salmon, steaks
2 Tbsp
honey
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
2 tsp
thyme, leaves
1
lemon sliced
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
sea salt
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix together honey, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over salmon and marinate 2 hours.

2Remove salmon from marinade and place in foil, top with lemon slices, fold into a pouch.

3Bake in 450 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
