Never had a tuna casserole with hard boiled eggs in it and without the egg noodles!!! Try this recipe which I'm sure you will enjoy.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
(10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c
milk
1 can(s)
(5 oz) solid white albacore tuna , drained and flaked

hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c
frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c
slightly crumbled potato chips

english muffins, split and toasted

Directions Step-By-Step

In 1 1/2- quart buttered casserole, blend soup and milk; stir in tuna, eggs and peas.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until hot; stir. Top with chips; bake 5 minutes more.

Serve each portion over half a toasted English muffin.
