Ingredients

8 medium
11/2 inch thick pieces of salmon, halibut or other white fish
1/2 c
mayonnaise or miracle whip
1/2 c
sour cream
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp
chopped chives
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
dried dill
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
black pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Place uncooked fish pieces in a buttered shallow baking dish.

2Blend all remaining ingredients by hand.

3Spread mixture on top of fillets.

4Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes
