Ingredients

2 lb
catfish fillets
1 c
buttermilk
1 tsp
paprika
1/2 to 1 tsp
cayenne
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
flour
1 c
yellow cornmeal

SAUCE

1/2 c
ranch dressing
1 Tbsp
hot sauce
1 tsp
chili powder
1 Tbsp
lime juice

Step-By-Step

1Cut the catfish fillets into finger or nuggets.

Mix together the buttermilk, paprika, cayenne, onion, and garlic powder.

Mix together the flour and yellow cornmeal.
2Dip the catfish into the buttermilk mixture and then dredge in the flour/cornmeal mixture.

Deep fry until golden.
3Mix all Sauce ingredients (ranch dressing through lime juice) together and refrigerate. This sauce doubles very easy.

Serve Sauce with Catfish.
