Ingredients
- 2 pounds catfish fillets
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoons cayenne
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
How To Make bb king's catfish nuggets & sauce

Step 1Cut the catfish fillets into finger or nuggets. Mix together the buttermilk, paprika, cayenne, onion, and garlic powder. Mix together the flour and yellow cornmeal.

Step 2Dip the catfish into the buttermilk mixture and then dredge in the flour/cornmeal mixture. Deep fry until golden.

Step 3Mix all Sauce ingredients (ranch dressing through lime juice) together and refrigerate. This sauce doubles very easy. Serve Sauce with Catfish.
