Ingredients For sticky chicken wings

2 lbraw chicken wings

3/4 cbrown sugar

3 Tbspsoy sauce

1/4 cpineapple juice

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 tspprepared mustard
-
1 Tbspketchup
-
2 tsphot sauce (i like sriracha)

1/4 cvinegar
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make sticky chicken wings

1Mix together all ingredients except chicken wings in a small saucepan, bring to a simmer and cook until all ingredients are combined and sugar is dissolved. (Sometimes I put them in a large glass measuring cup and microwave for 2 minutes instead)

2When cooled, pour oven chicken wings in a small casserole pan, or in a plastic freezer bag. Let marinate at least 1 hour, flipping over occasionally, if necessary.

3Preheat oven to 375F. Place marinated chicken wings in casserole (if not already there), and into the oven. Bake for about 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes, until sauce is glazed over the wings and sticky.
