Southwestern Chicken Casserole

I wanted to try cooking with Campbell's new Creamy Poblano and Queso soup. This is the casserole I came up with. I served it with a nice garden salad.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
chicken, cooked and chopped
1 can(s)
mexican style corn, drained
1 can(s)
black beans, rinsed and drained
2 c
shredded pepper jack cheese
2 c
cooked rice
1 can(s)
creamy poblano and queso soup, undiluted
2 tsp
cilantro, dried
dash
garlic powder
1/8 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Place all ingredients in a bowl.
3Stir to mix well.
4Place in a casserole dish.
5Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
