Ingredients

whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
3 Tbsp
sesame oil
3 medium
yellow squash, sliced thin
2 medium
zucchini, sliced thin
3 medium
carrots, sliced thin
1/2 medium
green bell pepper, diced
1 can(s)
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds
2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
celery seeds
1/2 tsp
minced garlicc
dash
red pepper flakes

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium high.
2Add chicken and cook until chicken is done. Stir frequently.
3Add vegetables and cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
5Reduce heat and cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. You can thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
