- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 oz
- sour cream
- 10 3/4 oz
- cream of chicken soup
- ritz crackers(or something similar to ritz)
- 1/2 c
1Boil chicken; tear into small pieces and line bottom of dish.
2Mix together soup and sour cream; heat just to boiling and pour over chicken.
3Crumble all crackers over mixture.
4Melt butter and pour over crackers.
5Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
