This is a very easy throw together at the last minute kind of dish.

Ingredients

3 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, boiled and shredded.
2 lb
velvetta cheese cubed
2 can(s)
rotel tomatoes, buy acording to preference
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 can(s)
cream of celery soup undiluted
20 oz
elbow macaroni, cooked

Step-By-Step

1Boil chicken in a large pot till done. Remove chicken reserving broth. Boil Macaroni in chicken broth.
2Combine remaining ingredients in a large sauce pot, bring to slow boil.
3Drain macaroni, return to large pot, add shredded chicken, soup mixture and mix. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
