~ Parmesan / Garlic Wings ~
- 3 lb
- chicken wings - washed and dried competely - tips removed
- 3 oz
- minced garlic - about 15 cloves ~ mince in a food processor if you have - a lot quicker
- olive oil
- for coating wings
- pepper and garlic powder to taste
- fresh parmesan
Place prepared wings into a 9 x 13 ovenproof dish.
Drizzle with olive oil - at least 1/4 - 1/2 cup worth. Rub wings with the oil, evenly.
I always have some good crusty bread to sop up the yummy juices. Enjoy!
