~ Parmesan / Garlic Wings ~

- 3 lb
- chicken wings - washed and dried competely - tips removed
- 3 oz
- minced garlic - about 15 cloves ~ mince in a food processor if you have - a lot quicker
- olive oil
- for coating wings
- pepper and garlic powder to taste
- fresh parmesan
4Remove the foil and reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake until desired crispiness. I sometimes place under broiler as I turn them. Just be careful not to burn garlic. Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese, while hot.
I always have some good crusty bread to sop up the yummy juices. Enjoy!
