Ingredients

2 lb
boneless, skinless chicken - sliced 1/2 - 1 in thick pieces
4 Tbsp
olive oil - divided
5 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
plus 1 tsp honey
3 oz
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
red pepper flakes ( optional )
small can(s)
water chestnuts, drained
1 can(s)
baby corn, drained
2 pkg
stir fry vegetables
2 Tbsp
corn starch
3 Tbsp
water

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce,garlic powder, salt and pepper.
2In a large skillet, stir fry chicken and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. When chicken is halfway cooked; add the sauce. Continue cooking until the chicken is completely cooked. Add pepper flakes.

Pour into dish and keep warm.
3In the same skillet, stir fry the vegetables in remaining oil for 4 - 5 minutes until heated through.
4Add the chicken and sauce, and mix well.
5Combine corn starch and water until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1 minute, or until thickened.
6Serve over rice.
