I DECIDED TO EXPERIMENT WITH THE UMPTEEN BOTTLE OF MARGARITA MIX MY HUSBAND INSISTS ON BUYN EVERY SUMMER...WE HAVE 4 AS OF THIS MOMENT! SO I ADDED SPICES N TASTD AS I WENT ALONG....NOT BAD...NOT BAD AT ALL....CAME OUT REALLY GOOD :)

3 large
boneless chickn breast, butterflied or opend
2 c
margarita mix, liquid....i used alot ...hubby wont stop buyn this stuff ;)
1 tsp
lime zest
1 Tbsp
lime juice
1/4 c
orange juice
1 tsp
mustard powdr
1 1/2 tsp
garlic powdr
1 1/2 tsp
onion powdr
2 tsp
blk pepper
1 1/2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopd
1 tsp
chili powdr...mayb more for more bite ;)
3 Tbsp
tequilla...mayb more ;)

Step-By-Step

1MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BONELESS CHICKN BREAST IN A MED SIZE BOWL.
2PUT CHICKN BREAST INTO A ZIP LOCK GALLON SIZE BAG N POUR IN MIXTURE...ZIP UP REMOVN AIR N PLACE IN A BOWL OR BAKN DISH N REFRIGERATE FOR 7 HOURS (NEXT TIME I WILL MARINATE OVERNITE ;)
3GRILL UR CHICKEN ON HOT GRILL ABOUT 10 MINUTES THEN FLIP N GRILL FOR 5-7 MIN MORE....OR UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR.
