Ingredients

3-4 lb
chicken pieces
1 small
onion, diced
1 small
green pepper, diced

garlic cloves, diced
2 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 c
white cooking wine
1 c
water
1/4 c
green olives
1/2 c
red pimentos
2
bay leaves
1/4 c
olive oil
2 medium
potatoes large dice
salt/pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a large pot on medium high....pour olive oil and brown chicken in batches about 2-3 minutes per side.
2remove and set aside....add the onions, peppers & garlic...cook a few minutes....add the wine to deglaze....add chicken back in, as well as the rest of the ingredients....stir and simmer until chicken and potatoes are cooked through and fork tender.....enjoy with white rice...
