chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
corn flakes, lightly crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix cornflakes and pecans. Add honey and mix well. Mixture should be sticky but crumbly.
Pound chicken with mallet until it is 1/4 inch thick.
Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
Brush each breast lightly with mayonnaise. Crumble the pecan mixture over the mayonnaise.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is done and crust is golden brown,
