Crunchy Baked Chicken Tenders

boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut chicken into strips. Season with salt and pepper.
Dip each strip into flour then into melted butter. Dip into corn flake crumbs. Place on prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes, until chicken is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
