Crockpot Chicken and Gravy
I modified Loretta Hall's recipe for Baked Chicken and Gravy for use in my crockpot. This is her original recipe.
Baked Chicken and Gravy
Big Hit with the Family..served with my recipe for Parslied Rice really does it up nice..I think it really adds something to it.

- chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 large
- can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can(s)
- cream of chicken soup (reg.size)
- 16 oz
- sour cream
1Place frozen chicken in crock pot and season how you like it.
Cook on High setting 2 hours (ish) ..till chicken is cooked through but not falling apart.
Add cream of chicken soup with the sour cream to broth in crock pot.
3Return chicken to crockpot and bury in the gravy.
4Finish cooking...at least another hour.
Gravy should be hot and chicken cooked through.
5Serve with Tracy's Parslied Rice
