3/4 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2- inch thick strips

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 cbroccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces

2 mdcarrots, thinly sliced

1 mdonion, chopped

1 tspitalian seasoning

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

salt, to taste

3 ccooked rice

1 can(14 1/2 ounce) italian style diced tomatoes

1/4 c(1 ounce) grated parmesan cheese
How To Make classic chicken and rice primavera

1Heat oil in 12- inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook, stirring 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken begins to brown.

2Add broccoli, carrots, onion, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and salt. Cook, stirring 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3Add rice and tomatoes. Stir until blended and thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese.
