Ingredients

3 medium
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 bag(s)
frozen peas
1 bag(s)
frozen carrots
1 c
milk
28 oz
cream of chicken soup
dash(es)
salt
dash(es)
pepper
dash(es)
cajun seasoning

Step-By-Step

1Cook rotini noodles and set to the side

2brown chicken on both sides then cube and set aside

3add frozen carrots and frozen peas to a large skillet

4add chicken cubes to veggies

5add soup and milk to skillet and let simmer for 20 mins. or until veggies are at desired texture.

6add the rotini noodles and simmer another 10-20 mins.

7If dish is too thick add milk by 1/4 cup.

Variations:
Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

Add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese

Add small bag of frozen broccoli

Use egg noodles
