Ingredients

1 can(s)
condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1/3 c
water
2 medium
green onions, sliced
1 bag(s)
frozen mixed veggies
1 1/2 c
cooked cut up chicken
2 c
cooked minute rice
1/2 c
french fried onions

Step-By-Step

1Cook Minute rice. Set aside.
2In 2 qt. casserole, mix soup, water, green onions, vegetables, chicken and rice.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot.
4Stir casserole. Sprinkle french fried onions over mixture. Bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden
