I make this a lot, My family loves them. If we have leftovers I slice medallions and put them on a Caesar or garden salad. 11/16/14.

Ingredients

6 medium
5 or 6 oz. chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
24 slice
black forest ham very thin slices
12 slice
sharp swiss cheese thin slices
12 sprig(s)
fresh thyme
5 large
eggs
1 1/2 c
flour
2 c
seasoned bread crumbs
salt,pepper,
3 clove
fresh garlic, minced

Step-By-Step

1I like to butter fly the chicken but you can pound it out.
2Place the ham and cheese and thyme on the chicken.
3Roll the chicken as tight as you can.
4Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for about two hours. This will make it easier to bread.
5Now it's time to bread the chicken. Flour, egg, bread crumbs.
6Then deep fry for two minutes.
7Now bake in a 350 oven for about 35 minutes or until the internal temperature is over 165.
8And enjoy.
