Asian Chicken in Garlic Sauce

I love garlic and Asian food. This is great over rice but I like it over buttery noodles.

Ingredients

8 oz
chicken cubed
1 Tbsp
baking soda
3 Tbsp
olive oil
8 clove
garlic minced
1 medium
red pepper julienned
sauce
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
rice vinegar
1 tsp
hot chili oil
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1/4 c
mirin
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
garnish
1/4 c
cilantro chopped

Step-By-Step

1Rub the chicken with the soda and let marinate 20 minutes. Rinse well. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili oil, cornstarch, mirin, and oyster sauce and set aside

2Add oil to pan and saute red pepper for 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.

3Stir sauce in and let cook until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles garnish with cilantro
