Amy's Crisp & Delicious Rotisserie Chicken
Family Tested & Approved
2 lb. whole roaster/fryer chicken
Wipe chicken with a cool damp cloth.
Sprinkle chicken generously with seasonings and dot with butter.
Truss chicken and place on spit in rotisserie.
Set rotisserie to cook for 2 hours. Remove from spit and let chicken rest for a few minutes.
Carve chicken into quarters and serve!
