Amy's Crisp & Delicious Rotisserie Chicken

- 2 lb. whole roaster/fryer chicken
- seasoned salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp
- butter, softened
1Wipe chicken with a cool damp cloth.
2Sprinkle chicken generously with seasonings and dot with butter.
3Truss chicken and place on spit in rotisserie.
4Set rotisserie to cook for 2 hours. Remove from spit and let chicken rest for a few minutes.
5Carve chicken into quarters and serve!
