Since I'm older I have to cut back on a few things so this is how I make goulash today.

Ingredients

1 lb
lean turkey
1 small
onion [diced fine]
2
ribs celery [diced fine]
4 c
low sodium tomato juice
1 can(s)
low sodium black beans [rinced well]
1 c
whole grain macaroni [cooked]
1 tsp
fresh garlic [diced fine]
1 tsp
fresh bazil [diced fine]
1 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
chili powder

Step-By-Step

1Brown turkey,onion,and celery till turkey is done and onion and celery are tender.
2Add the rest of ingredience cook on low till cooked though and flavors blend.[about 1/2 hour] stir frequently.
