Ingredients

1 lb
bulk sausage
4
potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1
onion, chopped
1/4 c
flour
1/4 tsp
salt
4 oz
extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
milk

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350
2Brown sausage
3Put half of potatoes in casserole dish, top with half of flour, half of salt, and half of onions
4Add half of sausage, top with half of cheese
5Repeat steps 3-4, pour milk over all
6Bake at 350 for an hour or until potatoes are done
