Sausage, Noodle and Kraut Casserole

- 1 1/2 lb
- 16 oz
- noodles, cooked
- 28 oz
- sauerkraut, canned
- 2 Tbsp
1Brown sausage, break up as it cooks, drain off grease. Cook Noodles according to package, DO NOT over cook.
2Layer in a 13 X 9 baking pan. Half of the noodles, half of the sausage, half of the sauerkraut (no need to heat kraut) Repeat layers in order again, then dot with the butter.
3Bake in 350 degree over for 30-40 min. or until heated through and the top is starting to brown.
This is an old depression recipe that my Grandmother would make.
