Macaroni & Cheese
My daughter likes to mix it up sometimes and use spicy mustard and different cheeses. 1/2 pepper jack and 1/2 cheddar made a really good one. She also doubles the milk and mustard in her version.

- raw macaroni, cooked and drained (3 cups cooked)
- 1 can(s)
- campbell's cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 can(s)
- 1 Tbsp
- yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp
- 2 c
- shreddded cheddar cheese
1In an 8x8 2 quart casserole dish mix soup, milk, mustard, and salt together well. Stir in macaroni and 1-3/4 cups of the shredded cheese.
2Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir. Add remaining cheese. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
