This recipe came from my mother-in-law, it's one of ,y husband's favorites.

She always says's it's a great use of leftover mashed potatoes. Hah! We never have leftover mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 can(s)
peas, drained (i use frozen pras)
2 c
mashed potatoes (you can use instant in a pinch, i often use garlic mashed potatoes)
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef and onion, drain
2Add worcestershire sauce and UNDILUTED tomato soup
3Add peas (drain if you're using canned)
4Place into greased casserole dish
5Top with mashed potatoes
6Bake in 350 degree oven for about a half hour, until potatoes start to brown
