Apricot Chicken

I always serve this over rice with a tossed salad. Spoon the sauce over the rice. This chicken is a favourite and there is usually an" argument" over who will have seconds of rice with the sauce

Ingredients

6
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg
dehydrated onion soup mix
3/4 c
apricot jam
1/2 bottle
itallian salad dressing

Step-By-Step

1Spray a large flat casserole dish with cooking spray
2Place chicken breasts in pan
3Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over chicken breasts
4Place a large spoonful of apricot jam on top of each chicken breast
5Pour salad dressing evenly over breasts. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till breasts are cooked through
