I just recently started eating turkey burgers (Fall of 2013) because I was convinced turkey could not be as good as beef. Now, I am addicted to them!

Ingredients For turkey burgers!!
- YOU'LL NEED

2 lbground turkey

1/2onion, chopped

1/4green pepper, chopped
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce

1/2 cquick cooking oats
-
seasoning salt
-
italian seasoning
How To Make turkey burgers!!

1Chop the onions and green pepper into small pieces. Add to ground turkey in a shallow bowl. Add oats. Mix together.

2Add soy sauce, italian seasoning, and seasoning salt to your preference (I didn't measure).

3Form into patties. Place onto hot skillet and cook to your preference.
