I just recently started eating turkey burgers (Fall of 2013) because I was convinced turkey could not be as good as beef. Now, I am addicted to them!

Pan Fry

Ingredients

YOU'LL NEED

2 lb
ground turkey
1/2
onion, chopped
1/4
green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 c
quick cooking oats
seasoning salt
italian seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop the onions and green pepper into small pieces.
Add to ground turkey in a shallow bowl.
Add oats. Mix together.

Add soy sauce, italian seasoning, and seasoning salt to your preference (I didn't measure).

Form into patties.
Place onto hot skillet and cook to your preference.
