I just recently started eating turkey burgers (Fall of 2013) because I was convinced turkey could not be as good as beef. Now, I am addicted to them!

Ingredients

YOU'LL NEED

2 lb
ground turkey
1/2
onion, chopped
1/4
green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 c
quick cooking oats
seasoning salt
italian seasoning

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Chop the onions and green pepper into small pieces.
Add to ground turkey in a shallow bowl.
Add oats. Mix together.

Step 2 Direction Photo

2Add soy sauce, italian seasoning, and seasoning salt to your preference (I didn't measure).

3Form into patties.
Place onto hot skillet and cook to your preference.
