1Place round steak on cutting board. Cut into 6 servings. Place a bit of flour on a piece of meat and pound the flour into the meat with a meat mallet. The idea is to make meat 1/2 the original thickness.
2After you have done this to all the meat, you may begin browning the meat in the oil. Heat a skillet on med heat until hot and brown meat in batches.
3Place all tomato items into a large pot and add beef. If you like, Worcestershire sauce may be added. (1 tsp)Add carrots at this time.
4Serve this with mashed potatoes and beans or a salad.
